1. IntroductionRed Moon Games ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile game Path Soccer ("the Game"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights in relation to that information.
By downloading, playing, or creating an account in the Game, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

Device identifier — used to link your progress to your device when playing as a guestGuest accounts are created automatically using a unique device identifier. No email or password is required for guest play.

We store the following game data associated with your account:In-game currency balance (Gold)
Owned and active cosmetic items (skins)

The Game uses third-party services that may automatically collect certain technical data, including:Device type, operating system, and version

Advertising ID / IDFA

3. In-App Purchases and Virtual CurrencyThe Game includes an in-app store where you can purchase virtual currency (Gold) and cosmetic items using real money. All purchases are processed exclusively through:Google Play Billing (Android)We do not have access to your payment card details. All financial transactions are handled securely by Google. Virtual currency and items purchased in the Game:Have no real-world monetary value
Cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash

4. AdvertisingThe Game displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including:Google AdMobThese services may use your Advertising ID and other technical data to deliver personalized or contextual advertisements and to measure ad performance.
4.1 Rewarded Ads
The Game includes optional rewarded video advertisements. Watching a rewarded ad is entirely voluntary and grants in-game benefits. Rewarded ad data is processed by Google AdMob.
4.2 Managing Ad Preferences
You can reset or limit your Advertising ID at any time:Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Reset Advertising ID or Opt out of Ads PersonalizationOpting out of personalized ads does not remove ads from the Game; it means ads shown may be less relevant to your interests.

5. Account Management5.1 Guest Accounts
If you play as a guest, your progress is linked to your device identifier. Uninstalling the Game or switching devices will result in loss of progress unless you secure your account with an email and password.
5.2 Registered Accounts
You may secure your account by providing an email address and password. This allows you to recover your account on any device.
5.3 Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from within the Game (Settings → Info → Account → Delete Account). Upon deletion:Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers
This action is irreversible
Any purchased virtual currency or items will be lost without refund

8. Data RetentionAccount data is stored on Microsoft PlayFab servers for as long as your account exists. You may delete your account at any time as described in Section 5.3.
Data collected by third-party services is retained according to their respective policies.

9. Children's PrivacyThe Game is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through our Game, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

Regardless of your location, you can:Delete your account from within the Game
Reset or opt out of personalized advertising via your device settings
Uninstall the Game to remove locally stored data

11. SecurityAccount passwords are stored in encrypted form by Microsoft PlayFab. We take reasonable measures to protect information processed in connection with the Game. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

12. Changes to This Privacy PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
